Are These 7 Mistakes Killing Your Sleep?
Start by answering the following 7 questions:

Insomnia Breakthroughs…

So… Did you take a minute to go through the “7 mistakes” sleep assessment? How did you fare? Made some of those mistakes?

Well, I don’t blame you. I used to make them also. My name is Yan Muckle — you probably don’t know me, but up until 2 years ago, I was plagued by insomnia as well.

It would take me hours to fall asleep. I would also awaken repeatedly every night, and then struggle to get back to sleep. My mind would start its merry-go-round and run without respite until dawn. I would routinely spend hours glancing at the clock with growing despair.

The pattern was so well established that I soon learned to label myself as an “insomniac”. And for years I suffered from so much fatigue during the day that I wondered what was wrong with me…

You know the drill: I was too tired to exercise most of the time. I had trouble concentrating and my eyes would burn, sometimes as early in the day as 10am. I craved sugar and coffee. Feeling constantly rundown, I found it extremely hard to motivate myself. I felt irritable and overwhelmed easily.

And all that while spending eight or nine hours lying in bed!

Very, very frustrating…

On a Quest to Feeling Normal Again

So I started to investigate. Was I suffering from a disease? Was it the way I ate, or the way I thought? What could I do? I really needed to understand, and find a way to change my situation. I was truly tired of being tired…

And I gradually uncovered extremely surprising and little-known facts about sleep and how the brain works during sleep.

I also learned about a proven technology that can work wonders with anyone’s brain activity — and, in this case, that can condition your brain for sound, optimal sleep.

As a writer and former journalist, I love to conduct research — but I’m also keen on applying what I find. And in the case of my sleep problems… my research and experiments paid off big time!
